Threasury Media LLC operates AppearOften and is responsible for the information you share with us through enquiries. This notice covers the AppearOften marketing website and public editorial content.
Enquiries and email
When you submit the contact form, we process the contact and enquiry details you provide to understand your request and reply. Our website host processes the submission, SendGrid sends it to hello@appearoften.com, and Google Workspace handles our incoming email. Enquiries are not published or added to the editorial CMS. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form activity to help prevent spam and abuse. These checks process technical browser and network information. Our server verifies the security token and uses temporary request limits to protect the form. A successful submission notice means the sending service accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox placement. You can also email hello@appearoften.com directly.
Choosing an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically. When you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to understand your enquiry, reply and discuss a potential engagement. Email services involved in sending and receiving your message also process it.
Website requests
Loading pages sends technical requests to the website host. These requests may include your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time, used to deliver and protect the website.
This version of the website does not include visitor analytics, advertising pixels or newsletter sign-up. Our Cookie information page describes the browser preference used for interface sounds.
Editorial content
Public blog pages display published articles and the author names, biographies, categories and media associated with them. The separate editorial system processes authorized editors’ account and authentication information. Public reading does not require an editor account.
Privacy questions and requests
Email hello@appearoften.com to ask about information you have shared with us, or to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to a data protection authority. Rights and any exceptions depend on the circumstances; we may need to verify your identity to handle a request.
